Symoniak, Stancik earn USTFCCCA All-Region honors

The United States Track and Field and Cross Country Coaches Association has named Allegheny cross country runners Mia Symoniak and Katie Stancik to its All-Mideast Region Team.
Symoniak placed 25th and Katie Stancik was 31st, leading the Gators to eighth place at the Mideast Regional, which was hosted by Muhlenberg at Lehigh University on Saturday. Symoniak crossed the finished line in 22:48.7 while Stancik finished the six-kilometer race in 23:07.8.
