Promotions Schedule Set For February
Gold Rush Game Tonight!

MEADVILLE, Pa. -
Along with the exciting basketball being played by the Gators, fans will be treated to a number of promotions over the next month. The promotional schedule is highlighted by the upcoming events with additional activities for all of the listed games.
On Feb. 2, the women’s basketball team will take on the Hiram Terriers at 7:30 p.m. in a Gold Rush game. The fans and students can enjoy free root beer floats during the game. All fans are encouraged to wear gold to the game in support of the Gators.
Feb. 6 will be Community Day and "Hoops for Haiti", where admission is free for both the men’s and women’s games, but donations will be accepted in fundraising efforts for Haiti. Free pizza will be provided and the first 100 people inside the gym will receive an Allegheny ice scraper. The men’s contest vs. Kenyon at 1 p.m. will be a Gold Rush game and the women will take on Wittenberg at 3 p.m. for “Think Pink” breast cancer awareness. Admission will be free to those who wear pink in support of the Women’s Basketball Coaches Association.
On Feb. 13 is Senior Day for the women’s basketball team. It is the final home contest of the regular season. The Gators will take on Denison at 3 p.m. and fans can enjoy free hot dogs.
The final winter promotion is free popcorn on Feb. 17 when the men’s basketball team takes on Hiram at 7:30 p.m.
Bingo, a game of chance played with randomly drawn numbers, will be played at every remaining home basketball game.
