MEADVILLE, Pa. -
Now that the winter sports are coming to an end, it only means one thing; the spring sports are beginning. The promotions will continue up at the Roberson Complex, beginning with women’s lacrosse tomorrow afternoon. The Gators will face Alfred at 12 p.m. on Frank B. Fuhrer Field, while the fans enjoy free apple cider and donuts.
On Tuesday, March 30, the men’s tennis team will take on Grove City at 4 p.m. where the first 150 people will receive an Allegheny stress reliever ball. The next promotion will be a Gold Rush game with women’s lacrosse on Thursday, April 1. The Gators play under the lights against Wooster, beginning at 7 p.m. Free popcorn will be provided and all fans are encouraged to wear gold to the game.
On Wednesday, April 7, free hot chocolate and donuts will be provided while fans enjoy watching the baseball team against Penn State Behrend at 3 p.m. On Saturday, April 10, the softball team will take on Denison at 1 p.m. and fans can enjoy free snow cones.
April 17 will be Campus Day with free root beer floats for men’s and women’s tennis. This is also a gold rush game for both teams as they take on Oberlin at 1 p.m. More details to come for this promotion.
On Saturday, April 24, the baseball team will face Oberlin in a doubleheader at 1 p.m. Those who did not get their stress reliever ball at the tennis match on March 30 can get one this day!
The final spring promotion is free hot dogs on Saturday, May 1 when the softball team takes on Ohio Wesleyan at 1p.m.
